The 2022 Rosé emerged with fresh citrus and cut melon flavors with a beautiful clarity. It is a dry, crisp wine that is perfect for sipping on the patio or pairing with your favorite warm weather dish. We produce our Rosé in partnership with Resistance Wine Company, a leading winery in Rogue Valley, and their winemaker Kimberly Drake.

Farming and the 2022 Growing Season

The 2022 growing season threw us another curveball – the third in four years. April 2022 brought a late snow and freeze that killed the primary buds, which caused early concerns of historically low yields. This was followed by a hot, Southern Oregon summer throughout the Rogue Valley which brought abundant bright and beautiful fruit. On the same latitude as Rhone Valley in France, this region brings a great opportunity to make an incredible Rosé of Merlot.
